Conditions: 

>  During the rental the house is fully available to the person (s) 

 > The maximum allowed capacity is 4 (four) people

>  The entrance must take place between 15:00 and 20:00 h (from this hour you will have to pay an additional fee of 10 €) and the departure must be done until 13:00 h (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
>  The stay of animals is prohibited.
> Typical rentals may be:
- a) a couple with up to 2 children
- b) two couples

> Once the conditions are met, a pre-confirmation will be made by email, after which the client must prepay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.

The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer to the IBAN/NIB that will be provided to you, up to two days before the entry.

Cancellation Policy

> Full refund if cancellation is made up to 15 days before;

> Cancellations between 15 and 7 days: the value of the reservation will revert to future stay;

> Cancellation with less than 7 days: there is no refund of the security except in situations of force majeure and duly proven

The rental includes the costs of water and electricity
